Neurosculpting® Meditation: Combining Neuroscience and Mindfulness
In this unique practice we bridge the gap of Science and Meditation. By combining Neuroscience principles with Mindfulness we can learn how to transform our lives by rewriting old limiting patterns, heal from stress and trauma and begin to flow through life with grace and ease.
In this class you will learn how to identify the different brain states that can sometimes hijack us and gain powerful meditational tools to reverse this process. You will experience 2 guided Neurosculpting® meditations as well as learn some daily exercises to take this transformational practice into your everyday life.
